Everything was good and loved my stay there. I asked for standard double room with central heating, a multi-channel television and a seating area, it was cool.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were horrible.

I liked every detail about my enjoyable 1 night stay here. The staff were efficient, superfriendly. Delicious and enjoyable breakfast that included toast, pastries, bread, muffins and cereal.

The breakfast was lovely there, the beds were extremely comfy, all you need for an incredible stay. I loved my welcoming room. Also, moody beach was max 20 minutes walk to.

The place was clean and staff were happy, I truly enjoyed easy location. The bed was soft and it was great having air conditioning and balcony. Exceptional breakfast, especially muffins, eggs, hot waffles and coffee. A STYLISH hotel in Wells.
The room I booked really needed to be cleaned.

Secured property, spotless, admirable service and excellent value. Abundant breakfast with lots of food, also with fine bangers, hot waffles, eggs and coffee. A short walk to the tidy beach. Great place to stay for a trip to Wells...
Although the room really could be cleaned, we would stay here again.

Comfy bed, contemporary rooms, FUNKY place. The attentive personnel were more than helpful. Eggs, hot waffles and sausages looked outstanding. Ideal location to a public beach.

It was a fab experience in a beautiful hotel. Friendly location, truly enjoyed the attached restaurant. Whatever my needs were the warm staff were eager to help to fulfill them. Tidy room, tidy, had an amazing bathroom. Quick check-in & nice service.
